Valve Guides
We manufacture valve guides for many European motorcycle Application s.
Our
guides are made of magnesium bronze which contains a self
lubricating characteristic. These guides are a perfect
replacement and can be used with non-leaded gazoline.

Guide types and features:
S Our standard type guide
S/VS Same as S type but specially machined for fitting of valve
stem seal
S/G S type with special spiral grooving feature of guide
interior. The
spiral groove design creates a fresh oil flow supply between the
valve stem and guide without any oil entering the valve seat
area. This feature will reduce dramatically valve stem heat,
adding to power and extending valve guide life.
Valve guides are available in 3 OD sizes: STD, +0.002 ",
+0.004".
Big oversizes,
customs, obsoletes Application s can be manufactured for a small
premium. Please send us your old guide and your requirement or a
blue print type drawing with exact specifications.
Valves seals are available by the unity.

Clutches
We have been
working hard towards finding a better clutch for BMW motorcycles.
>From experience we can not fault the BMW clutch system.
Unfortunately the OEM clutch plate is very limited in service,
having a tendency to heat up and fade under pressure, causing
undue wear to the friction parts of the clutch assembly (clutch
plate, pressure ring, pressure plate). Presently there are a few
racing clutches on the market which cost considerably more. These
clutches are very limited in use and the extra expense is a
drawback to the average motorcyclist. Fortunately we were able to
find a worthy affordable solution, which consist of relining the
worn out clutch plate with a better friction material. This new
Hi-tech composite is used extensively in racing cars and heavy
duty Application s, it is virtually the best we have seen yet. The
relined clutch plate runs much cooler, it is fade free and seems
to last for ever.
We stock these
items for all BMW models using a single clutch plate. The relined
clutch plates are sold under an exchange policy only. We will
send you the clutch when we receive the old one.

We also have a
money saving reclaiming service for worn pressure rings.

Remember that the OEM
clutch plate has an average life
of 30,000 Km under normal
use. At that point the clutch plate will be worn out or packed
with debris baked on the clutch plate from repeated over heating.
A packed up clutch plate will score the expensive pressure ring
and plate eventually causing severe fading and chattering. When
replacing the clutch always grease the inner spline with graphite
grease to avoid wear of the transmission input shaft. |

amount of force required to pull in the clutch by up to 44%!
Allows use of stiffer clutch springs.
